Get your rocks at this famous Patong nightspot. Ask any rocker where to party in Patong and he or she will point you in the direction of Rock City. The place isn’t exactly cutting edge, but the music is decent, played by several bands over the course of the night.

As the name suggests, the Phuket club is all about rock — and it comes in the form of Metallica, ACDC, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and so on. There aren’t too many places that play Western rock music in Phuket, but Rock City does a good job of making up for that.

The bands play every night and Rock City is busy as anywhere on weekends. The beer is reasonably priced but the food is not among the best in Patong. Rock City is also one of those places that attracts a bevy of attractive Thai girls who love to dance.
