About Soi Dog Foundatioon. Soi Dog Foundation is a fully registered Thai Foundation and the first foundation of its kind to be granted full charitable status in Thailand. It is also fully registered in Australia, The Netherlands and the United States. Its mission is to: 1. eliminate rabies on Phuket. 2. Reduce humanely the large population of stray sick dogs and cats that existed here in 2003, to prevent suffering and to improve the environment for visitors and local people alike. 3. To educate local people in responsible pet ownership and of de-sexing animals to prevent more unwanted dogs and cats.4. To provide treatment for sick and injured animals at its center in Mai Khao.SDF has sterlized over 29,000 dogs and cats resulting in a significant fall in the population.

About Barnhem Maung Mai Orphanage. The home for children and families in need was founded as a result of the December 26 tsunami that hit, amongst other places, Thailand. Barnhem opened in February 2005 and initially focused on helping tsunami victims. All of those have been able to move out and today Barnhem is not disaster victim oriented - many people in Thailand were already poor and exposed before the flood waves. Families with children, as well as children on their own, live in the home, but all have poverty as a common denominator. Some have been abandoned by the father or the primary income earner. Some children have been seriously neglected by their parents and others are simply poor. \
Logos: Indochine, 91.5 FM.,m Jagato, Chandon and works Com [Cristy: Put the sponsors in the order of importance i.e. who is contributing the most].

IndoChine Phuket thank you for your kind support and look forward to see it publish on your site.

Best regards,
