Mom Tri’s Boathouse in Kata Beach is well known as one of Phuket’s best fine-dining restaurants. Mom Tri’s has now expanded its scope to include a restaurant at Royal Phuket Marina. Mom Tri’s Boathouse Regatta was officially opened in December 2008. It’s a great little spot for wining and dining in a tranquil location, next to the marina and the yachts owned by the island’s playboys and ladies of luxury.
The interior of the restaurant reflects the nautical location. There’s an open-air bar, a dining area and a large wine cellar. The menu is typical of Mom Tri’s with a variety of French and Thai dishes, including several signature dishes from the executive chefs of the Boathouse. The food is always top notch at Mom Tri’s, although it has the price tag to match.
Definitely one to take somebody you are trying to impess.
