This restaurant is apparently inspired by Asian street kitchens and their various offerings of light bites and finger food. DeDos means “fingers” or “from two” in Spanish, which is fitting because there are two chefs, Christoph and Pablo.
You basically get to sample lots of small dishes and try out various combos with glimpses of Asian, Japanese, French, Med and Thai fare all thrown into the mix.
It’s certainly an interesting concept. The chefs are always on hand to recommend dishes. On the menu you have such treats as home-smoked duck breast, Aussie lamb chops and lobster passion. There are hot and cold dishes depending on what you’re in the mood for.
Everything comes immaculately presented and the restaurant has a very modern, chic vibe to it. What really matters is that the food is rather delectable, although it can get a little pricey if you’re feeling particularly hungry.
Every Friday they have unlimited sushi for 390 per person – a bargain if ever there was one. This is an intriguiing Phuket restaurant that is certainly worth a look if you’re up for something a bit different
